The install was ok not perfect as some of my tiles on my deck were not cut properly. Five years later, I have two holes in the diamond bright. I called him during COVID and he looked at it and agreed we should repair it after the summer. Sadly, I have been trying to reach him every month since January of 2021. I even had my husband call him from a different number and still no response. The diamond bright is still under warranty so his failure to return our calls says it all.

Luis Espinosa came highly recommended and I was looking forward to a job well done. He took all the job details (removing pump to another location, redoing pool and patio floor). I emailed him a survey of the house. He said he would get back with estimate in one week. I texted him a week after and he told me he would send it the next day. It has been one month and I have not heard from him. Not reliable. Very disappointed.

Cannot hire a better contractor for your pool area. Deadlines were met and project came in at a fair price, despite some setbacks . Luis is highly professional and extremely practical. Our renovation was managed to the last detail and he was always responsive to questions.. I would never considering hiring anyone else for future projects.

Luis completed our pool earlier this year. He came in at a fair price but what impressed me the most was his ability to work the Coral Gables zoning department. Likewise he was very diligent and stuck to all the deadlines he had agreed to. First and foremost he anticipated several issues that our pool designer has not envisioned - and this attention to detail was very impressive and saved us time. When faced with material that we had agreed to but later was out of stock, he went through several vendors until we found the most similar tile and honored the original pricing. After interviewing several local pool builders in my
area, I was not impressed but disappointed in the lack of professionalism this industry had.
I was then referred to Aquatic Environments by a friend. Once I met the owner Luis Espinosa, I felt confident that his knowledge and expertise would provide me with the swimming pool that I had envisioned. I was not disappointed my pool project
was completed in 6 weeks from obtaining the permit. The project was supervised daily by the
Owner, making sure all details were perfect. I would

The job was not very large in scope but it sure looks like I spent a lot of money on the swimming pool, which I did not.
