I rarely post online reviews. But this deserves one.
Dave, the owner of this company, while clearly competent in regards to his pool knowledge, does not care in the slightest about promptness nor returning phone calls or texts. Over a month ago our salt water system went down (Dave installed it two years prior) and I got in touch with him regarding the problem. He came out, promising to come back with the replacement part.
Its been 5 weeks, he never return my calls, I can only get through when I call from a different number, and when he did finally respond to my texts he accused me of being a "squeaky wheel" and that he doesn't deal with squeaky wheels. He then referenced my father as my "daddy" because I had used my fathers phone to try and get in touch with him because he wouldn't return calls or texts from my phone.
While on the phone with my father he stated "I don't fix pools, I build pools".
Frankly it's an embarrassing way to run a business. I'd look elsewhere if I were looking for a pool guy.
