    Clear/ inspect a drain

    Have been waiting for 2 days for Mike to show up, no call, no warning of I cant make it, just nothing. I will be telling everyone I meet about this foolish company and not to use them. If this is how you treat previous customers, you will have no return ones.

    Aquatrol did do some work for us and we had a good experience with them. From our point of view they were reasonably priced, and got the job done well. Even when the job turned out to be a little bigger than they expected they got it done as fast as possible and stuck to their original estimate.

    I would advise people who are in need of a reliable plumber to contact someone else, this company had me wait on 2 different occasions. The last time on a Friday until after 5, before letting me know they weren't coming out. Too late to get another plumber with out after hour fees. The owner, Mike Seamen, lied about callng and his customer service skills are next to none. Please save yourself the headache and call anyone else!
