Call Adam first!!! He is a great guy. Skilled at what he does and totally honest. Very trustworthy and a great communicator. He went out to do some work on my cabin when the water heater went out. He noticed water in the pan and thought it was leaking. He lit it, and went back later to see that it dried up, and it was just the wind and water. I am not there, and a lesser man could have taken advantage of me for this. I am happy there are people with integrity like Adam in this world, who care about the customer and are honest and dependable.

A R Joens came to my rescue, when a pipe sprung a leak in my mobile home closet.
He had the repair done the same day.
We decided to replace all the plumbing in three phases.
First phase, bathroom which included sink, toilet and shower.
A R Joens requires half down before he begins work.
Work for phase one was to completed in one day.
During the repair he left 3 times, the last time he left I looked at his work,
and found an inch of standing water in my closet, which I quickly
cleaned up.
At the end of day one, A R Joens informed me that the shower will done in
phase 2, I assumed he knew what he was doing and paid him in full.
After he left I began running the washer.
When I checked the pipes they were leaking in three spots.
I contacted him and he returned immediately.
While tightening the third connection, the plastic piece snapped.
Flooding my closet one again. I was without water until the next
day when he could repair the connection.
The next day after a shower, again I checked the pipes and found
the shower he’d put off till step 2 was leaking.
Since he was leaving town for three days, we planned for him to come
7 days later to begin phase 2.
With the flooding and leaks at this point, I was not sure if what A R Joens
had done to this point was right, mobile homes are not the same as others.
For this reason I asked a plumber who specializes in mobile homes to
check his work.
The plumber found the work improperly planned and executed.
Needless to say my confidence was lost, and I when requested a refund
from A R Joens and was told no.
