By William K.November 7, 2021roof installation$13,000
We had these guys installed our roof, the work was excellent, the cost was a bit extreme, after the job communication and the job corrections was nonexistent, we noticed that they misaligned our furnace exhaust vent that emits carbon gas into my home, there were other minor things that need to be corrected. They have forgotten who we are after the bill was paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact buyer beware of these guys.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Update 06/30/21
I had to open a case with the BBB and Trust Dale
We started our roof on 02/08/19
Still not resolved!!! Check out the pictures!Original Review:
I DO NOT Recommend
It took almost a year to have my roof completed. It is now 2 years later and...
1. Gutter Guards that they removed to install and replace roof are a disaster after they tried to reinstall them - the house looks terrible.
2. Had leaks 3 separate times after installation that took them months to solve. Still not sure and they damaged some plumbing when in the attic.
3. They still have not come back to repair the inside damage.
4. Roof is warped as they did not replace the decking/plywood.
5. Damaged /subpar installation of shingles
We have been unbelievably patient - Again, It's been 2 years.I could go on.
I do not recommend this company.
Please see the photos for evidence.

By Dawn M.August 13, 2020Roof Replacement$25,000
I had ARAC Roof it Forward replace my roof about a year ago and I've had no issues whatsoever. In addition, I just recently sold the house and Nathan has been so helpful in answering questions from the buyer and providing continued support when needed during this selling process. Nathan is professional, answers his phone and will go out of his way to assist you in anyway possible. I'd have to say, I won't go anywhere else when the time comes for a new roof on my new home. Thank you Nathan for providing the utmost in customer service.

I took other reviews down but I feel it necessary to inform others. This company failed me with many things. An irate sales rep, installers breaking items, installers trampling through my yard and flowerbeds throwing soda cans, aleve bottles, water bottles, chip bags, installers turning my property into a landfill, installers on my property unsupervised hence their destruction, installers leaving a pile of garbage (roof materials including a bunch of nails along with items from their van) in my driveway, a roof with uncut shingles hanging off the roof, a log of plastic still left on the roofing material very visible to anyone, removed gutter downspout left in yard and not put back, installers trying to walk off with my lawn chair. I’m sure I’m forgetting something.
We are going to pay for an independent roofer to come an inspect outrage roof given the many issues we were able to see on the roof from the ground. And given the manager that finally showed up after reviews a day and half later, came into my home and said the roof is finished their are no problems, we put our best installers on your house. Only to do a walk around with him after I had to insist on, and find many issues with the roof. I don’t know if it’s my gender, skin color, both or not but this company made it clear to me that they didn’t care to provide a quality job, take proper care of my property, or care if they had an irate sales rep being confrontational with me.
I made several calls to corporate for a day and half trying to get a manager on sight and trying to get their irate sales rep off my property to no avail. Not one of these issues were important to management to have someone call me to see what was going on. One would think a customer calling to have an irate sale rep removed would have been important enough although they all were but NO.
After a day and half of this disaster and intimidation from this company’s workers, management did not care to return not one of my calls although each time I was told someone would call me right back.
After having our security tell the sales rep Adam that he can not leave the dumpster overnight (I told Bill and Adam this before I gave them my business), he lied and said they weren’t leaving it and then stop all work and had them spend the next 3 hours cleaning up because he wanted to leave all the trash around my home until the next day. I told him absolutely NOT. The next day when the manager Bill finally showed up after the reviews, he admitted the reason the unsupervised installers just left the garbage in my driveway was because they took the dumpster away the day before. Confirming they had planned to leave it. And confirming the lie the sales rep told to security.
Just a few pictures attached to show some of the trash around my home that they planned to keep there overnight although they had a dumpster that wasn’t being used. And also a picture of the garbage they just left in my driveway without saying a word. I also wanted to show the family (husband, wife, and yes a kid) that they sent to pickup the garbage that had a lot of nails and many other items, after I had to keep insisting the manager get done before he left. Because he wanted to leave. They do not want any parts in resolving problems they created.
It was only when I filed a compliant with BBB and posted a google review that made this company concerned enough to call me and come out. They care about optics! Not this customer.
Things happen (good and bad) but it’s how you handle those things that matters. This company failed me. This is why I could not go silent. No one should be subjected to what I was put through. No one. I have videos of everything so nothing can be disputed. Maybe my review and compliant considering that’s all they seem to care about, will prevent others from what I went through.
