This man was extremely dishonest! He was told to use marquis Behr paint which he agree to. He was also told by 3 people who work with me an myself to give us paint receipts for Behr warranty. He said job was done but my licensed contractor found many spots not done! Two days worth! Needless to say he said "I lost the receipts "!! He threatened he would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay him the remanding balance. He's given me 30 days to pay him! No receipts found! I will never use him or refer him to anyone. My insurance co Farmers and my contractor also have stated this. His name is Luis.
