    We had a great experience with Arbor. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Anytime we needed warranty work done, it was done efficiently and smoothly. From our experience, residents are upset about cosmetic issues that they chose, not things that the builder or any subcontractors did. They are upset about erosion or grass dying or scratches on walls or even mud in the road from a new construction. Many residents are happy but the wails of a few seem to prevail.

    There are many very upset residents in our neighborhood. The things done right in house are good, but if there is a problem, Cory does not stand behind his work. There are certain subcontractors which have excellent customer service; the HVAC company & Matthews Electric. The grading contractor is terrible; many people have serious issues with their yards. The cabinet contractor, Quality Cabinet Distributors, will not repair issues. If you choose to build with Arbor Design Group, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Watch the warranty, too. They specifically exclude grading issues as well as some other important things. Realtors may tell you that there are just a few residents who are upset. Do your homework...check with actual residents.
