I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. My dealings with Joss King were extremely disappointing. I found the owner to be rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout our interaction. Instead of addressing concerns with courtesy or basic respect, I was met with hostility and arrogance.
Good business is built on integrity, communication, and mutual respect—none of which I experienced here. I would strongly caution others before choosing to engage with this business. There are plenty of other professionals out there who value their clients and treat people with decency.
