  Oak tree trim

  Arbor Touch Tree Service was working on the next door neighbor's tree. I commented to Blake, the crew chief, how nice the work was. He offered to do the same for my oak tree the next day. Long story short, Blake and his team were on time, efficient, pleasant, very professional and CLEAN. Every branch and limb went into the chipper and the area was left spotless. The tree never looked as good as it does now. I would highly recommend Blake and his crew for your next tree trim work.

  Tree trimming, root pruning, and treating trees

  This company did a good job in October 2022 when they came to trim our trees. We worked with Blake at that time who had been working in the neighborhood. We should have checked their reviews before using them the first time but it worked out so we never went back to check.

  We used them again in March 2023 and worked with Mike who I believe, based on my own experience and reading about others, is running a scam, overcharging for services that he and his partner didn't even complete (in order to take money off the top?). First, our job was supposed to be around $600 (an estimate) but I added on a couple of things after we walked around the property and Mike pointed out some issues (which in hindsight, may or may not be real).

  Next thing I know, he is coming to the door saying how big our place is (it's not) and claiming to have sprayed 60 gallons worth of soil treatment at $33 a gallon but he would only charge me for 50. There were a few other things that he said that they did and the total went from $600 to $2850. I paid them but had a feeling Mike was lying, I checked our Ring cameras after they left and discovered that they hadn't sprayed anything and other things that he said they had done, were also not done. The next day, I called them, and all of a sudden the story changed from " we did this" to " oh, we were always going to come back and do it today. I meant to call you about it last night. We're on our way to you AFTER we go to the check cashing store to cash your check"
  (this is when I realized that I screwed). In October, it seemed like the check we gave them was actually deposited into a bank. Five hours later, they showed up poked some holes in the ground put in soil treatment then sprayed nowhere near 60 gallons of chemical. Maybe 10-15 tops. Did they refund me for the rest? Of course not.

  The saddest part to me is that Mike seemed so nice but he's a scammer like many other contractors here in Florida. I hope his boss, Charles Wolfe, wakes up and realizes that his employees are not being honest with his customers ( or him, most likely). Read their terrible reviews here and on Yelp, I wish I had done that before rehiring them. Also, check their license status with the county when I looked today, it was expired. Overall this was a very distressing and disappointing experience.

  They damaged my screen enclosure and refuse to repair it

  Arbor Touch Tree Service damaged my screen enclosure when removing my neighbors tree. After months of phone calls to them and promises to repair the damage, they never performed the repair and blocked my phone. If you want an accurate review see the Better Business Bureau. The BBB rating for Arbor Touch is "F".

  Apparently this company has a habit of doing the job but not completing it, we made the mistake of paying them before it was 100% completed and they disappeared; yes most of the job was done but it was not completed as per their invoice/receipt. We have been trying to call them, left messages and no one is returning our calls. Will definitely report them to Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend them at all.

  They have been taking care of my rental places for over 20 years. Doing a very professional job. Chuck can get trees no-one wants to do --high big ones have come down . His crew are hard working and clean up everything looks good They know what they are doing! Rose

  Patrick Cento is absolutely TERRIBLE. He got a deposit from me and NEVER CAME to do the work. Haven’t been able to get my MONEY BACK!! Horrible, horrible service!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. It was a TOTAL SCAM.

  Tree trimming

  I would highly recommend this tree service. Have lived in Pompano for over 20 years. I have had my mango and mulberry tree cut several times but they never really looked good. After using Arbor Touch my trees finally look AMAZING!!! I am so happy with this company and you will be too. Great service, great price, friendly, professional and cleaned up after they were done. The best part though is I cannot say enough how extremely happy I am with how everything looks.This company knows what they are doing. Call them with confidence that your job will be done right!
