We had some termite damage on our patio roof. ARC was contracted and did an excellent job of getting the job planned and moving. The carpenters and painters did a fabulous job. Brad did an excellent job managing the projects. There were some problems with the roofer that were corrected in timely fashion. I would recommend and use ARC in the future.

Brad and Greg were awesome throughout the entire process! Project turned out better than we expected and right on budget. Always kept us in the loop as to what the next step of the project was and what to expect. Highly recommended for any project!

Very pleased with the promptness of the company. They came out the next day to give me a quote and stuck to my budget. Even when we added on/made changes throughout the project they were always upfront and never changed the price once we agreed upon the updated change. Brad and Montgomery were on time and always told me the schedule. Our bathroom looks amazing!

ARC Remodeling & Construction is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy at an affordable price. This was the only company that truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. They have been extremely flexible with scheduling to accommodate our busy lifestyle. My husband and I look forward to continuing our remodel as long as we have ARC on our side ☺. Thank you for all you have done so far!
Response from Arc Remodeling & Construction September 5, 2018On behalf of all the staff and myself we thank you so kindly, we appreciate you so very much. Greg Tsiopanas ARC -
By BrittanyJuly 14, 2018Bathroom Remodel$4,000
ARC remodeled a bathroom in our house that had previously flooded. They rebuilt and tiled the shower and laid tile flooring. Brad and Montgomery showed up on time every day and always kept me in the loop. They were also the only contractor we called that showed up when they said would. We waited months for another contractor to start, but ARC came the same day I called, gave me a quote, and started work within a few days. The entire process from the first call to the finished product was less than two weeks. So thankful I found them, and we will definitely use ARC for any future projects. Quality work at a very reasonable price.

By Kevin P.January 24, 2018Renovated our entire first floor to an open floor plan, new floors, and new kitchen.
Had a great experience with Greg and Brad. My wife and I went through 15 different contractors before we found ARC. Most would blow us off either because they thought the project was too big or we couldn't afford it. And those who would act interested, gave us long time frames or wouldn't return our calls for weeks at a time. ARC showed up early for our consult, which was definitely a first and much appreciated, told us everything we needed to do to help move the project forward, and were able to start very soon after our meeting. It was a very large remodel and we just got finished. They basically gutted my whole first floor, gave us a whole new open floor plan, reran all new electric, removed load bearing walls, new floors, and a beautiful new kitchen. The biggest thing for us is they worked their butts off to get it finished on time for us through the holiday season, in which we were trying to beat my second child being born. Anytime we had a problem both Brad and Greg would immediately be all over trying to fix it and make us happy. We have already recommended them to many friends and will be using them to finish our other projects in the future.
Response from Arc Remodeling & Construction January 26, 2018I would like to thank both of you for giving us the opportunity to do your work project. I must say The both of you were one of the best clients we have ever worked with . Greg Tsiopanas -
By John P.September 25, 2017Verified HireKitchen and Bathroom Remodel project
Laid flooring in the kitchen, laundry room, pantry and bathroom. Replaced backsplash in the kitchen with "subway" tile and cleaned up cabinet trim that was previously improperly installed. Removed a small one piece shower with a "walk-in" shower. Removed and replaced vanity tops and sinks. Removed wallpaper and painted walls.
ARC did a fine job. The work was delayed because of the hurricane and personal issues, but they did get the job done in previously agreed upon time....and it looks great. They were pleasant to work with and always responsive to our "critiques" to make sure the job was done the way we wanted.
I like that they have a year's warranty on their work.
I definitely would hire ARC for the next large job we have.

By CourtneyMay 9, 2017Screened porch addition
My husband and I spent several months looking to hire a contractor to add a screened in porch to the back of our house. I spoke with six different "professionals" who either didn't call back or just didn't show up when we had scheduled them to come out for an estimate. I finally happened to see a number for ARC and I'm so glad I did! Greg responded that same day and we set up a time for him to give us an estimate. He showed up right on time and was able to tell us exactly what to expect from the project. He was even able to talk us through different options to keep us within a price range we were comfortable with. We finalized all the details and the team was able to start almost right away! I was so impressed with the professionalism of Greg, Brad and the whole ARC team. They arrived when they said they would each day and their work was thorough and efficient. They were very respectful of our time and space. They even made sure to leave our yard as clean and organized as possible before heading out each evening. My husband and I are beyond pleased with our finished porch and have already enjoyed many bug-free evenings, with many more to come I'm sure! I would absolutely recommend the ARC team to anyone looking to complete a project. Don't waste your time on anyone else!!!

By Amanda P.April 27, 2017Building Repair$70,00030 days
My building was damaged in Hurricane Matthew. A huge tree had fallen on my office and caused major damage in the roof, walls, porch, and some interior damage. Everything was repaired better than it was before the hurricane, including the rock driveway. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, and listened to my concerns and expectations. The price was reasonable and the process was efficient and timely. I am very happy with the results and will be using this company to add onto my current building. Very pleased with the process and results. Highly recommended. They took a bad event and turned it into an enjoyable experience.

By Ben P.April 24, 2017Add 2000 square ft. to existing building$8060 days
This was project no.2 with ARC. Inc. we added aprox. 2000 square feet to my building that they had repaired back after the hurricane. Again, the experience was great. The new addition not only matched the current one, it improved the total property as if it was planed to look that way from the original building that was built over 35 years ago. I have seen additions to original structures that look added on. This is an excellent example of preplanning and effort that went beyond my expectations, and since I used them before, the bar was already set high. I just came to my office this morning and Wow, I am excited to go to work just by the beautiful space I can now grow my business. I will use them again. This project included subs. which all were professional and work well together. Money well spent. I more than got my moneys worth.

By a user in PoolerMarch 26, 2017Commercial Kitchen$15,00045 daysConstruction of Small Commercial Kitchen
Converting an empty food outlet to a small commercial kitchen with office and reception room. This included re-routing electrics, plumbing, erecting walls with dry wall. All done very professionally. Greg kept us up to date on all developments and when a decision had to be made, he called us to explain. He kept all communications with the City so we didn't have to spend time on it. ARC were by far the best company we have worked with on a project.

We worked with ARC workmen who were very efficient, fair with pricing, and started immediately after giving the estimate and getting our approval. The quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up all work areas when finished. Would recommend using them. All our work was outside.

By Queen M.August 30, 2016Verified Hirebathroom remodeling project
I love the shower, but the process was overwhelming. Dust was all over my house continuously. Enough plastic was not put up to stop the dust. A black greasy stain was left on my white bedroom curtain. They came to the site unprepared no hoses, no vacuum, no flashlight,no broom. Walk into my house with concrete and mud on their shoes. Everything we loan them was returned with grit, mud, and concrete on it. Vacuum stopped up with grit. They should have had a portable outside bathroom instead 4 to 5 strangers was using my personal bathroom that my husband had to clean 2 to 3 times a day. My window stream was torn by them passing tile and whatever through my window. They left concrete and mud on my house by the window: fortunately my husband show the boss and the head person the day they came to get their check. They did clean and got up the trash. The workers left soda cups on my bedroom furniture for days. The job was supposed to last 7-10 days. Last 2 t0 3 days longer. The final bill was 400.00 dollars more because of up charges he said. But considering the way they disrespected our home, we call it a draw and I paid what was on the contract. But overall the bathroom came out very nice.Thank you!
Response from Arc Remodeling & Construction November 14, 2016Plastic was put up in the entire bedroom. We were not made aware of this stain, if we were told it would have been taken care of. We came to the site prepared. we had hoses, flashlights, broom, and a vacuum in our trailer. Some of the items were offered to us, others we asked for and they said yes. Walking into their house with concrete and mud on our shoes, they failed to mention that we had brown paper everywhere we walked. We then had to put down painter's cloth everywhere we walked. As far as the items they loaned us, some of them were dirty, we offered to clean them and they declined. As far as the bathroom use, we did not have 4 or 5 strangers, we had 3 workers and myself. I was there every day and I did not see anyone cleaning the bathroom. We asked if we could use the bathroom and they gave us permission. As far as the torn screen, we know we did not tear the screen. Our policy is not to argue with the customer, we politely and immediately replaced the screen. As far as the cups on the furniture, yes that is correct but we had plastic on the furniture. We have learned a lesson from this. On all future jobs, our policy is to remove all trash and make sure the site is clean and will not borrow anything. The $400.00 up charge was for an exhaust fan with light, a shower door, and a light for the closet. They were made well aware of these items and they approved them. In fact, the old fan did not have an exhaust and was blowing the fumes back into the bathroom. She feels we disrespected her house, by the above explanation we did not. She said she called the $400 a draw meaning we disrespected her house so she refused to pay the $400. Again, I learned a valuable lesson, in the future up charges will be handed to the customer and will be signed. I will also like add we asked the husband each day how the job was going and his response was everything is fine. This is a case where the customer just did not want to pay the $400. Respectfully, Greg Tsiopanas ARC -
