My sisters and I appreciate and recommend Tim Kaintz, Arcadia Homes and K & A. K & A purchased our 4+ acre Lynnwood family home 3 yrs ago for a 25+ lot development. Tim kept his word, did not attempt to 'new deal' us during the transaction and the transaction closed on time without any extensions.
I have met all types of people in my 45 years working as a real estate broker. I found Tim to be one of those truly GOOD people.. It took 2+ yrs for Tim to get the development approved, but he also allowed us to go back and get some of Mom's special plants out of the yard before the development work recently began. Tim is truly a good man and you will not regret working with him.
