Having dealt with other construction companies in the past, by far they are the most professional and organized company my wife and I have ever experienced.
We had to wait for them to start our project due to what we were told was project back log. Now we now why they stay so busy, they are not your typical construction construction company, the employees at the office ,all the way to their onsite personnel, were polite and extremely professional.
Can't say enough good things about this company. Strongly recommend them.

I would recommend this company by far over any other construction company in the southeast. We experienced problems with water into into our home a few years after our builder completed our new home. Needless to say he quit showing up and told us he gave up.... So we got references from our friends and oddly enough three of them (out of four) referred us to same company Arcadia. Thanks to them I have some peace at our new home....

By far the most knowledgeable construction company my wife and I had delt with. The staff from the office to field employeees was always there to answer any questions we may have had. Addditionally, their knowledge of building products was extremely helpful for us in making decisions during our project.

After multiple attempts of repair from our original builder, We contacted Arcadia, The quickness of identifying the problem. A massive repair of the brick and stucco and Finally no more water damage. Relief to have this resolved. Professional in recieving quotes and Service. They are only concerned with doing it the right way! Which i respect and is why I would recommend them to friends and family.

That was not the experience that my wife and I have had. We had issues with our original contractors work and repeated repair attempts. We had to kick them off the job. Arcadia came in saved us. We used them on an extensive stucco repair project and then again on an addition to our house. The really helped us to get the house dry and secure. We would use them again and have recommended them to our friends.

On a scale of 1-5 I will give them a 1. Most General Contractors in Florida that have a license does not mean they necessarily have experience in the construction industry especially this company Arcadia due to their lack of years in the field. First of all they lack any equipment and rely on unskilled help from Action labor. If they do hire a skilled carpenter or sub they usually loose them within a week as they do not pay for experienced craftsmanship. I have seen them in action and have seen their final product. They have no clue what is going on especially when it comes to building or renovating residential or commercial structures. You can see for your self and getting information from a web site on how to build or install something on a house because you do not know how to do it or even have a clue where to start makes me wonder how an unexperienced company as this gets the contract to begin with. Like I said before, just because you have a CGC, CBC etc does not mean you are a professional in the field. You have to earn it and believe me that takes more than 15 yrs to be a pro at doing it right. After all look at one of the biggest Contractors in America called DR Horton and see what he puts out. Arcadia is right up their Alley and might as well be partners with Horton as I and other people cannot make up our minds who is worse.
