Alfredo from Arch Plumbing provided a detailed bid and clearly outlined his proposed approach. He replaced two water heaters and repiped the exhaust flue up to modern standards. Rather than building a bulky frame as two other plumbers had suggested, Alfredo used specialized straps to secure the heaters. He completed the work and passed inspection without hiccups, successfully navigating a small but important plumbing violation I had from a previous remodel. Great communicator and dependable plumber. I plan to use him again.
