I'm a investor and Active duty service member. I usually don't do these type of things but need to warn potential clients about Flor and here so called Home Sweet Home Construction Company. I Hired a GC for 1st time to free up my schedule from other projects I have in the area hoping the GC will relieve some of my current workload thinking I would get great results because of her initial presentation. Boy was I wrong. They messed up my expensive flooring, baseboards, walls, texture, bathroom/shower tile. I was supposed to be delivered a final product according to agreement on 9/1/2022 and I'm still at square one with so many issues needing to be fixed. Flor Gutierrez is unorganized, lacks project management skills, hires un licensed trades, hires unskilled trades, and was hardly visible on project site. I put up my life savings into this project and I'm so disappointed with myself for giving her the benefit of the doubt to finish the project. Please stand clear of the company. I could go on and on about the discrepancies and defects but I would be writing a whole book. Ill let the photos speak for themselves.
