If I could give this guy a zero or a negative number I would. Horrible experience. First, he way underbid my flooring project, because he didn't bother to check the type of flooring I purchased. Expecting to finish it in one day, he only brought one person to do the install, who was totally inexperienced and being trained. Roman spent most of the day chatting with us in the backyard, not watching the progress or monitoring at all. At one point he asked me to run to the hardware store to purchase a tool. At the end of the day, not even half of the flooring was installed.
2nd day, he brought 4 installers with him, and it still took all day. He informed me around noon that the price he had quoted for me was the cash price-which would have been helpful information on the day he quoted me. I had no way of accessing that much cash and ended up having to Venmo one of his installers. Later, he said they were going to be short 4 boxes of the flooring. So I drove back to the store where I purchased it. I had been back about an hour when Roman called and asked if I had gone to get the flooring yet, because they didn't need it after all. Turns out, not only did they not need the additional 4 boxes, I wound up with 2+ boxes from the original purchase. Then he acted like I should take back the extra boxes, which I refused to do.
When they left, they didn't clean up their mess. There was dirt and materials all over the floor. I also found black smudges/handprints all over the freshly painted walls. There were smudge marks on the floor from their shoes. They didn't re-hang the mudroom door they had taken down. There are 2 areas in doorways where it was uneven, and they did not put down T-molding, as he said they would. In the mudroom, they left no space between the wall and the flooring, so it is already buckling. This all has to be repaired.
I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. I honestly don't know how he stays in business.

I was very impressed with the work ethic of the team. They greeted me each morning with a smile and then got right to work.
