Dembsky had many positive recommendations and many excellent projects. Much of the work done on our project was exceptional, some was less so. Our project required more complex work than they had anticipated which added more time to the project. As the project wore on, it was more difficult to get the contractor to move resources to complete our job as they had other projects that had higher priority. However, the job was completed. The bottom line is that the homeowner needs to pin down EVERY aspect of the work being proposed as much as possible including quality of cabinetry included and adding in time promises and penalties on progress payments so that the contractor keeps the job as a higher priority.
