Linda and I had a 2,000 sf home in University Park and wanted to update it as well as add on. We engaged Andy to come up with plans to add about 2,000 sf to the home including an upstairs, as well as update the existing home. And we wanted the finished 4,000 sf home to look like it had been built that way originally! No small task. Andy and our builder had regular meetings with us for months to come up with a final plan. We were very impressed with Andy because of his attention to detail and his ability to take what we had and meld it together with the add on. His knowledge of the old and new was invaluable as he designed a floor plan for the new part that seemed to have been originally designed that way. He has a lot of knowledge about fixtures and products that he was able to share that allowed us to fixture the home the way we wanted it to be. He was always on time, professional and courteous, and very patient.
We would recommend him to anyone that wanted to build a new home or remodel an older home as he did for us.

We engaged Andy to remodel our main bedroom bath and the entry to our house.
We found Andy very creative in his design concepts and approaches to our needs.
The project included working around the lot limitations, roof redesign, building restrictions, contractor interface and the selection of fixtures and finishes.
We could not be happier with the results. The finished remodel is both functional and pleasing to the eye.
