    Design

    Langston started off with promises and delivered a good speech. Then after I paid him $5,000 I never heard from him again until I asked for a refund. Then he said "I'm available for a meeting"

    Bathroom remodel and other internal restructure
    $15,000

    Langston runs a scam would be an understatement. I had experience no better than the earlier two. He started with strong professional promises, provided very prompt service until I was produced with an overpriced invoice (including some of the adhoc services that didn't require his professional help on).

    Since I paid, Jerrod Ewell has been completely silent. Our permit has been pending ever since.

    The only time he responded to the comments on the permit to the city in past four months, the city returned with repeat-remarks on his competency. The city proactively suggested "hiring a professional" help to resolve the comments.

    Go for him only If you have free you otherwise would prefer burning.

    Remodel project
    $7,000

    Same experience as Shine J. Started strong, then went dark for almost 3 months. Voice mailbox filled up, no emails answered, etc. Turned our dream into the Impossible Dream. Had to move on with another architect at extra cost. Don't know what I'm going to do about the deposit money already paid, and not returned or even justified with a proper invoice.

    I had a terrible experience with Mr. Langston. He never completes the work on time. He doesn’t pick the call. I paid almost all the payment. Now he is not returning my call. Stay away from him.
