Do NOT use this builder! Over promise and under deliver is their motto! Started a contract to build in March 2015 and they didn't complete the home until 12/2015, four months past the original close date of Aug/2015. These guys could care less what is cost you for additional time, interest, etc. My house has many code violations related to the landscape and grading that still have not been addressed and is causing extensive erosion issues. I feel they use subpar subs (for cheaper labor) on certain houses (mine included) and feel they focus on their bottom line vs quality. This "company" is also part of the Peggy Slappy Realty outfit. Bottom line....don't use this builder unless you want constant issues before, during, and after your home is built.
