    We had a great experience with Archon when they trimmed our trees. They were prompt and called before they came. They did as we wanted and cleaned up well. We found their prices about what we expected. We have used them happily for a couple years.

    It is hard to believe that this company has high ratings as my experience was a nightmare.
    This is a real consumer, your neighbor. First they didn't show up for the estimate and cost me loss of work. Then said I will get my qoute and it was late. Reluctantly I hired them since my boss used them. Big mistake!!!!!!
    They made a appointment for a day I work so I took the day off , now totalling $ $800 in lost wages.
    They forgot to put me on the schedule and said sorry we will be out at noon as we have another job. The sales rep showed up and started to say that the quote he gave me didn't include items we agreed on. It was in the contract and he didn't want to honer it until I told him we are done and good buy.
    Crooked sales tactics. Wow he said he will honor it and they will be out at 12-12:30 and he will call. He did say his workers will want off early as it's Friday so 3:00 or 4:00 . It's now 1:30 and no show or call.
    So I called and fired them and the office manager could not give a crap I did so. They should send me a $800 check for my lost wages if they had any honor. Avoid this company unless you want to go through what I have went through.
