    design build 1850 sf commercial building shell
    $157,500

    We contracted with Arcon to design and build a 1,850 sf building. It took 3 months for us to get plans. They required a $85,000 deposit to start fabrication, which we paid. After that payment they did not perform and they failed to return our $85,000. Sued them and got a judgment but could only collect $7500 todate. Not a company anyone should do business with, they have extensive outstanding debts!!!
