DON'T HIRE HIM Carlos Fragoso, thankfully, did the most important job needed back in Nov '16 which was not a cinder block wall as indicated for 1211 N Ochoa, but a rock wall; he was supposed to also provide fencing, building repair and landscaping. Carlos' crew completed only the rock wall. The total that Carlos received for the rock wall was $15,800. He did the rock wall which was about $10k of the job. He still owes about $6k of work. He also accepted $7,800 for a roof job at the same location; he did absolutely nothing on that job.
