The tech performed a shitty A/C fan replacement that then caused the compressor to fail. This is conveniently not covered by the warranty company as a "secondary failure". The tech also showed up about 2 hours late to every appointment (7 in total).

Horrible experience. My home warranty CHOICE sent out tech from this company. He doesn't even bother to check the inside air unit in my garage. This guy is so lazy. He comes by at 11 am and checks my thermostat. Then he checks outside unit.
Tells me to turn off my AC completely and he will be back at 3 pm. After suffering in 80 heat all day he comes back and put in Freon and tells me its now "fixed".
Within 2 hours of his leaving my AC unit is running on HOT again and the issue it NOT fixed. He has also lied to my home warranty saying it was some missing cap and I had paid $60 service fee and choice paid this guy $120 for work not performed. It took another 5 days for a different company to be called out to my residence and my AC has YET to be fixed.
This guy is driving a hummer and ripping people off left and right. BUYER BEWARE and stay way back from this company!!!
