Horrible customer service when you actually have a problem. They put in a new system at the house I last July and the lift station is already failing. Entire system flooded, alarm never went off and I had to emergency pump the system from a different company. They won’t return calls, and when I did get ahold of Greg Brownwood, he scolded me and said “I see all your calls and I’m choosing not to answer because you’re affecting business, leave a message and we’ll get back to you”. I left multiple messages. They’re busy supporting new business that makes them money, don’t expect them to honor any warranty if there’s any chance of it not being their fault. The alarm didn’t work, but they claim it was faulty electrical. They certified the system and the alarm. AND, their website specifically says “when your electric goes off it can trip the breaker causing the alarm to go off”. False. They installed an alarm, certified the system and yet somehow the only thing they didn’t do (provide the power to the box) is the problem. They won’t take any responsibility for their alarm not working. All I asked is for them to pay the extra $250 that the emergency pump cost me because my house was backing up. Meaning I’d cover the $500 for the pump fee. Nope! Greg finally shows up and tells me all the reasons they’re not responsible, even though my main issue was the alarm never went off, but he claims it’s because of no power AS we’re looking at a flooded power box because the system flooded so bad that it flooded the power box. It was literally chicken or the egg with him. Then he goes on a rant if he can’t believe how military people come here and buy homes, “they really aren’t smart” he says I did it right by renting. Nope, sorry Greg I own this home, I must be the stupid one! So, to the end...three days later I have a strap tied to my pump, electrical cords run to my lift station. Left multiple messages to see what the plan is for fixing alarm/electrical and to at least get an update on what was done. You know, like ANY other company would do if they felt bad about their system failing. Again, we are only 8 months into their new system, that they certified. All in all, one of the worst customer services experiences ever and we’re talking about shit water backing into your house...not something that you can waste a whole lot of time on. Sooo, if you want their business, I’m sure they’re amazing, but if you want them to help when u have an actual problem, they’re non responsive and will leave you high and dry. NOT RECOMMENDED!

These guys have been great! I left a message for the Saturday night that my alarm was going off. I know that this is usually not an emergency. The water is too high or too low. Enough digression. Greg contacted me first thing Monday morning and scheduled to come out later that day. He evaluated the problem and we scheduled for one of his people to make the repair Tuesday (today). The man (I didn't get his name) was polite and friendly and fixed the problem in a minimal amount of time and at cost more than fair reasonable cost. This has been some of the best customer service I have ever received!
