Our experience with this contractor was one of the worst we could have imagined. We started June 1st of 2016 on a whole house remodel and by August 1st, 2016 this contractor had spent all of our money and we sat for months waiting for him to scratch together cash to pay for our products. Tradesmen would call us threatening liens from lack of payment from this contractor and stores would let us know our products weren't paid for. All the while this contractor bought a new top of the line Chevy truck, advertising, toys, boats... yet our money was gone. Meanwhile we sat with exposed electrical, insulation, and timbers. We have two minors in our house and we had to live in our bedrooms. Then we found out that this man had a felony history and we had let him in our home. https://casetext.com/case/state-v-rusher
Fast forward to May 2017. This contractor quit because he "didn't need to work for irate customers." Our house isn't done, warranty issues have taken forever to get finished. Our overall review is that this was an experience straight from hell.
Currently this contractor has a suspended license and his bond is now completely gone with a waiting list of people who are sueing him.
