This company is amazing. My sump pump failed, I sent them a message via Facebook explaining my situation and they were out to help the same day. Andy has a great extent of knowledge of all things moisture, mold, and restoration and truly took his time to tell us a ton of information on why/what/when. Answered all of my questions and provided me with tips on things I can do myself. He provided us with the necessary equipment to dry out our basement due to a sump pump failure at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes we received. A major plus is that with this company's guidance, I only needed a fraction of the equipment the mitigation companies were telling me I needed to get my basement dry. He checked in to check moisture levels to ensure the basement was fully dry before removing the equipment. He also showed me these moisture levels, and indeed my basement was dry after 2.5 days. He is very direct and honest, and I am so glad I found this company and that they were able to help out on such a short notice. Andy is also very knowledgeable on home restoration and gave me some awesome budget friendly ideas on restoring the basement. Highly, highly recommend!
