    Build a brand new Coffee shop
    $300,000

    Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed very quickly and the price was the lowest I could find from a reputable contractor. Every little thing I needed was attended to and very quickly. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I have now done over a dozen projects with Area and they are responsible for making me an incredible amount of money, by being efficient and a good price.

    If you need a mechanic lien placed on your home this is the business to call. Seriously, Mike has jeopardized our home by not paying for materials for our roof replacement in a timely manner and has caused additional fees to be added. Not to mention that he has bounced a check with the lumber supply just recently. Mike’s famous phrase is “I’ll get right on it.” But the question is when?
    Run as fast as you can from this business.

    kitchen and bathroom rebuild from the ground up

    If you need a contractor to help rebuild and make recommendations,don't use Mr. Garcia.
    He said nothing about installing cabinets before flooring, now i need to remove his over-priced sheet vinyl installation.
    The vinyl also had bubbles, a long tare in a corner and a misalignment of pieces.
    I was not impressed by poor and improper electrical work performed.
    The same can be said about the dry work done.
    He did correct some of the electrical and dry wall issues after I complained about the work.
    After all that I just wanted the money back for the flooring, His said
    "I complain too much" and "maybe I will pay you a visit, see you soon"
    Sounds like a threat to me so I contacted BBB.
    Someone should black ball this guy.
