Arek appears to select elderly customers whom he later cheats out of their hard earned savings under the guise of needing a quick loan which he promises to repay within two weeks. He takes the money and disappears: no one can reach him by phone or mail. He has cheated three other elderly individuals in my area. He absconded with $1549.00 of my money!
