Currently in the process now of getting our retaining wall re-done which was done by ARNTZ incorrectly.
Have photos of what was found not to be there….lack of water drainage, no supports behind the wall, and collapsed back.
My husband and I both called and someone came out and looked at but nothing every was said. The contractor that ARNTZ hired also came out with another guy and he explained that it was done incorrectly that is why our wall was bowing out, the stairs separating from the wall, and our side walk sank and brick crumbling.
I know it has been seven years since the work was completed however we should not be replacing everything again…
So in closing I would not recommend ARNTZ to anyone!
