We initiate development projects by recognizing profitable opportunities and bringing together teams to execute them. As helpful, we connect our clients with potential developers, contractors, and brokers. Depending on the nature of the project, we help identify potential equity partners and investors to finance the project.

ENTITLEMENT | NAVIGATE MUNICIPAL RELATIONSHIPS and APPROVALS
We can evaluate the potential of prospective sites and help select the best one for your project. We also administrate the full zoning process, including administration of required submittals, assembly of planning commission packages, presentations at relevant municipality meetings, and negotiation, as necessary, with stakeholders. As helpful, we identify incentives provided by municipalities and assist in related negotiations.

LAND PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN | DEVELOP INNOVATIVE, FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENTS
We work with developers and municipalities to develop plans for large-scale projects, including downtown revitalization and development. From economic impact to the designing the built environment, we partner with municipalities to develop comprehensive revitalization and development plans.Everything from building orientation to traffic flow, we develop a site layout that utilizes a site's unique features enhance building use.

ARCHITECTURE | DESIGN PROJECTS THAT MEET AESTHETIC, USE, and BUDGET GOALS
We work with end users, developers, investors, and city officials to design buildings that meet stakeholder objectives and improve the built environment. We lead the full design team, including civil engineers, structural engineers, and other consultants, to ensure that all project components are aligned and delivered on-time. We practice with a focus on creativity, functionality, and sustainability to ensure that each finished project leaves a positive mark on the surrounding community. We ensure that we design a project that fits within your overall budget. From construction details to materials, we know how to be cost effective and efficient.

INTERIOR DESIGN | CONCEPTUALIZE FUNCTIONAL, INSPIRING SPACES
Our interior design process begins with conversation and observation. We talk with end users to understand their goals for using the space. We also observe how people utilize similar spaces, looking for opportunities to improve that experience. From there, we bring our design expertise to propose solutions that address proposed objectives. We interpret client objectives into attractive, functional interior spaces that integrate design elements and functionality. We ensure that interior build-outs and selected materials fit within each client's proposed budget.
