1 star rating - which is extremely generous. If I could put a negative star rating, I would. We hired ARG Landscaping to work on our existing sprinkler system that was having issues. Alan got the system working better, but left many issues...our valve boxes that he worked on started leaking and flooding, sprinklers he installed did not spray correctly, he did not check our whole system like he claimed he did, and the timer cable he installed he did not bury. We overpaid for these services (about double the cost) and he did not provide a detailed quote or receipt. He said he would come out and fix these items, even set a time and did not show. I have now tried communicating with him 4 times with no reply from him. He says that he offers a one-year warranty, but will not stand by his word. Do not use ARG Landscaping, he will overcharge you, will do inferior work, will not follow up, and is NOT a man of his word.
