We hired Argi Tile to install a heated tile floor on our main floor of our home. He constructed the heating mat then set it in a thin layer of concrete. He then tiles the entire main floor of our home. He left without testing the heat and when we turned it on we got no heat. He came to our house 3 times, always wanting to charge us for his trip and time. After the third attempt to fix the floor he told us the heating element manufacturer had sold him a defective product. He refused further attempts to try to make the situation right and also told us This is the fifth house Ive had this happen to in the last two years. There is nothing that can be done. As a laughable solution he instructed us to purchase hardwood flooring, at our own expense, and he would give us a discount to install it. This guy refuses to stand by his work, look further on the internet and you will find many others who felt ripped off by this company. Rjay B. Inver Grove Heights, MN
