The GAF HDZ Architectural Shake-Wood colored shingles and chimney flashing, rejuvenated the look of my home. ARHT gave me the space to provide feedback and ask questions regarding the process/contracts without pushy salesman tactics. Widman, and Georges GREAT communication skills make me feel safe knowing that I was getting the necessary repairs done to fit my budget. Even with weather constraints, ARHT got the job done timely and in a quality manner.

ARHT Home Solutions made the roof replacement simple by detailing the various steps we needed to get the roof that we wanted. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldn’t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess. I would recommend ARHT if you are looking to have your roof replaced.

Arht Home Solutions did an amazing job fixing the roofing to my home. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the job. Their workers were very professional and kept us updated when they were working on our roof with any adjustments that may have needed to be done. They exceeded all my expectations and were very clean about the debris from the roof. I highly recommend them for any exterior renovations. ARHT Home Solutions did an excellant job on my roof. They made the entire process as stress free as possible, and handled all communication with my insurance company. Everyone I worked with (Suzanne, Whitman, and Stephanie) was professional, transparent, kind, and just all around great to work with. I was kept informed and updated throughout the process, and never felt like they were hiding anything or trying to get over on me. I had unexpected damage, and they worked with me to figure out a solution to getting the repairs completed and paid for. The finished prodcut is awesome and they left my yard looking better than when they started.

ARHT did a great job in replacing our roof. The roofers covered all our shrubbery and shed with tarp to prevent damage and to catch all debris. After completion of the installation of our roof, they did an excellent job in cleaning the area around the house. Overall my husband and I are very pleased with the results.

We called ARHT Home Solutions !
They came to provide and estimate, showed us options and consulted for us. They were professional and knowledgeable!
Once the work started they worked so hard ! They replaced all 3 skylights, installed all our new wood decking and all new chimney flashing.
Widman answered all my questions and also help even move some furniture around for me.
They installed some really cool technology like intake vents for my attic at the front and back of the house to help the blocked air flow !
Over all they did an amazing job and I can’t be more pleased!
We will recommend ARHT to all our Olney,MD neighbors !

Working with ARHT Home Solutions in the Damascus Maryland area has been a very pleasant experience. We had our roof damaged due to a storm. My wife and I are no experts when it comes to roofs. Michael from ARHT Home solutions always made time day or night to explain and answer all our questions. ARHT assigned different team members for each step of the way, making it very easy to file a claim through insurance as well as installing our weather wood colored GAF HDZ Architectural Shingles. At the beginning we did not know the differences of the installations and types of shingles there are, by the end we were able to understand the whole process and materials used. I give 10/10 to ARHT home solutions, the team and materials used which were top notch. I highly recommend them!

There are a few things you look for when hiring a contractor: From professionalism and high quality of workmanship, ARHT Home Solutions has it all!
5 things I LOVE about ARHT:
1) Professionalism – top notch in their communication and prompt with all my questions. They will walk you through each step and very thorough with all the information.
2) Flexibility – I had to reschedule a few of the appointments due to family life. ARHT was very courteous and worked with me around my hectic family schedule.
3) High Quality Workmanship – ARHT is exceptional in this area. From the materials to the installation, it was excellent quality of work. Very thorough in their process!
4) Amazing Warranty – If you say you’re a great company, your warranty needs to show for it. I don’t think anyone in the industry can match their 10 year warranty! Couldn’t find one!
5) Excellent Service – When you pay for a service, you expect people to do their job. ARHT didn’t just do their job, they went above and beyond for our family. We had a few old exhaust vents on the roof, they painted all of it black to match the color of our roof. Much appreciated for this! Not many contractors would go above and beyond for their customers. ARHT did! Enough said.
Overall, it was a great pleasure working with Michael, the owner of ARHT Home Solutions. I would highly recommend them to do your roof and probably everything else in your home! ;) Would definitely call them again to do more works in the future! -

ARHT Home Solutions did a fantastic job replacing our roof! They evaluated and documented the storm damage we’d sustained during the summer storms and worked expertly with our home insurance throughout the entire claims process. ARHT were super friendly and professional laying out all of the different options for replacing the roof as well as suggesting a range of upgrade options that will really extend the life of our new roof, withstand our crazy weather (and turkey vultures!), and add value to our home. On the day of installation, the ARHT team arrived first thing in the am and got the job done by sundown (which came early). Michael kept me up to date throughout the day on the job’s progress so I knew exactly how things were progressing. It was also easy to see from the video he provided of the job the much higher quality of ARHT’s service compared to my neighbors who also recently had new roof put on. Very well done; I would enthusiastically recommend ARHT to anyone considering roof replacement or other home improvement project.

I’m really impressed with Michael Anthony from ARHT Home absolutions, his professionalisms and sincerealism on every step of the roof work process from the beginning to end was amazing. He called me most every day to give an update on the work. This is my first time hiring someone for this large of a project I had so many doubts to do it or not but Michael explained so well and gave the confidence to go head with the roof project. I am glad that we chose to work with ARHT Home Solutions. We needed lots of work, We noticed some staining in our living room around our sky lights and in one corner of the room after a series of drenching storms. We started looking for a contractor to help us make the necessary repairs. We spoke with a few others who wanted to file claims and gave promises of fixing it and making a claim but they did not show any immediate interest in looking at the problem firsthand. We spoke with owner Michael of AHRT Home Solutions, he was the only one who seemed interested in knowing what was going on before discussing work. Based on what he saw he thoroughly walked us through the materials, processes and reasons for what was needed.
Micheal arranged a time to schedule work, his team was prompt and professional, they showed up with ample equipment and workforce and were dressed professionally wearing company apparel. The people he sent to work on the house were dedicated teams who specialized in various steps of the roofing process. There was a roofing team, a drywall and painting team, a gutter team, and a trim work team.
Our roof has many angles and is steeply pitched, the team used safety gear and harnesses to complete the work and managed to remove all the old shingles, skylights, felt and any necessary rotted wood, in the same day they replaced the wood, shingles, and skylights and upgraded felt.
The next day the interior crew came to repair the drywall in the living room and paint. They did a great job covering things and their work was accurate and they even matched a 15 year old khaki color in the living room. At the same time he sent a crew to do our trim and gutters.
The only hiccup was with the trim, the crew member who was working on the trim was more familiar with the gutters, he did a great job on the gutters, but when Micheal saw the trim we was unsatisfied with the installation, he made sure someone who was well versed with trim re-did the work, he also upgraded our trim caps. The new trim looks nicer than our neighbors caps now.
It would have taken about 3 days originally to complete everything but it ended up taking 4 because of the trim recapping but was well worth it and we were pleasantly surprised that Michael took the initiative and added cost to himself to make it right without us pushing for it. He truly is a perfectionist who is the first to tell you that if he has not earned 5 stars then something is wrong and he intends to make it right. He uses the best materials and regularly oversees the work and communicates with the customer. AHRT has certainly earned a 5 star review from me and I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

We have gotten our roofing done last year. Just recently we had a minor issue in the front part of our roof. ARHT was able to come back, inspect the issue and resolve it. The service was very efficient.

Met with Michael Anthony in regards to replacing my roof and gutters. After inspecting the roof Michael informed me that I had damage and suggested that we contact my insurance company. Michael worked with me and the insurance company and I was able to get my roof replaced for the cost of my deductible and I added a few upgrades. He and the team did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Showed up at the expected time, performed the work, cleaned up along the way and afterwards. During the process he sent me pics showing me what the roof looked like once all the old shingles were removed. I highly recommend Michael and his team in fact I have already referred him to several others and I received great feedback from them thanking me for referring him to them. I have hired him for another project on the exterior of my house. He is an A++++ company

We hired ARHT Home Solutions to do multiple projects for our home.
We originally hired them to do a roof, siding and windows a couple of years ago and was extremely pleased with ARHT services
We have returned as a customer to our surprise to install kitchen lighting for our cabinets as we didn’t know ARHT provided this, meanwhile while Michael consulted for us we found a need to hire them to install a new front door.
We had just installed the same door three years ago. However, we needed the entire framing replaced along with a door. The installers found while they we’re installing it, rotted wood on our floor just starting to get into our home underneath our newly installed tile flooring.
We are so happy to have had them consult for us otherwise we would have never known that we had an ant infestation.
The door looks amazing and is very heavy duty. Its Brilliantly red the way I like it
They installed custom hand railing for our steps that was approved by the HOA requirements- amazing !
Also we had multiple contractors out here looking at our chimney which was a sieve for air and had during the winter cold air coming in. ARHT took care of this issue as well, where no one else was able to do so. It has dropped five degrees within an hour as we used a thermometer to test it after they left during the hot summer.
All in all we couldn’t recommend them enough.
If we had more projects we would provide it to them, however we’ve taken care of everything else at this point.

ARHT home solutions installed my roof. The team with the owner Michael were very clean in doing the job and installed my roof in one day. My roof was in bad shape which needed to have all the boards on the roof replaced. Michael worked with me in order to keep me under budget for this job and provide me with a complete brand new roof. Michael kept me in the loop with updates including pictures from beginning to end of the whole process. It was a painless project which Michael made sure that I was not stressed out on. At first I was extremely apprehensive about buying all new windows for my home from one vendor all at once. Because, I was completely burned in the past from a previous contractor and they installed a few of my windows about 3 years ago and didn’t complete the job, it was a horrible experience and left a very negative feeling regarding purchasing windows from anyone in the future with the fear of being taken advantage of again.
However, after analyzing and getting great descriptions of the windows and the installation process, I found it worth taking the chance and in my best interest to have ARHT Home Solutions do the work for me.
His workforce was very professional and I was very satisfied with my new windows. I have decided also to use ARHT to install a new front door and storm door after the completion of the new windows that were installed.
They showed up on time and was very patient with me, the work ethic was great through the entire process and am completely satisfied.

Of the four roofing vendors I interviewed, Arht Home Solutions came out the clear winner. They provided the most comprehensive information and did the most thorough aerial inspection of our roof. Delivery of material was quick and efficient, and the install on our townhouse was completed in one day. When issues were encountered, solutions were quickly resolved. High winds were encountered on the day of install and blew debris in all directions. Yet the workers thoroughly scoured the area to make sure they left a clean work site. Finally Arht Home Solutions followed up to make sure of our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

ARHT Home Solutions did an excellent job replacing my roof. In Chevy Chase, MD, there is a lot of competition for contractors, and ARHT home solutions stood out. They had consistent and frequent communications throughout the process, keeping me informed of scheduling, materials delivery, and job progress. I did upgrade to the GAF HDZ Architectural Shake-wood colored shingles and synthetic underlayment, giving me a 50-year roof that looks great. They were able to match the flashing to the roof color, which made a big difference in the look around the chimney.
The day of the installation, they arrived on time at 7:00 am, something that is hard to do in DC traffic without careful planning. They unloaded the roofing materials and cleared the street of their vehicle quickly, spread tarps around the house to catch debris that couldn’t be tossed straight into their dumpster, conveniently parked in our driveway, and showed exceptional professionalism throughout the removal and install process. Even though they were missing half the crew because of sickness, they worked diligently and completed the work to high standards and within the estimated time window. This included the cleanup, which, being fall with leaves all over the ground, made it clear that they were committed to leaving the property cleaner than they found it.
The post install walk-through was great to close the process. My point of contact had pictures of the installation process to show the condition of the planking under the roof; the roof install process; the craftmanship in installing flashing around the chimney, gables, and skylights; and ridge and valley treatments on my roof’s many hips. It brought context to the final walk around to ensure I was satisfied with quality of the work.
ARHT was great to work with, did a quality job, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to replace your roof.
