I am using them for the second time. The first time they removed a leaking sliding glass door, repaired the flooring due to water damage and installed a window. Start to finish excellent workmanship. I am now having them repair some water damage to the upstairs bathroom and installing tile flooring and Glass doors for the tub enclosure. They are the best.

We convert one of the garage spaces and the laundry into a room. Everything went well but while modifying the laundry room, they moved the washer and dryer out in the backyard. After construction is done, they did not put the washer dryer back to the laundry room where it was moved from in the first place. Now they are asking $300 to move the washer/dryer. Please note, WE ARE NOT ASKING THEM TO INSTALL THE WASHER AND DRYER BUT WANT THEM TO PUT IT BACK SINCE THEY HAVE MOVED. The person named Amir I think completely ignores and seems to be rude during my few interactions. I did give a good review on the work they did though, but please include everything when you create a contract with them.
