The workers we had did an excellent job of remodeling our bathroom. They were very nice and showed up on time and did a beautiful job. Paint on doors started peeling before we even used the bathroom. Complained several times but no response. I will not recomment this company because of the person you have to deal with. Ray is arrogant, rude and displays a temper. Will not accept responsibility. Quick to blame customer even though we had on e-mail the wrong information he sent us. Will not give us the name of the company or manufacturer on our shower doors which we had many problems with the mechanism on top causing a dangerous situation which Ray took with a grain of salt. Makes me wonder where he gets some of his supplies that he is not willing to give this information.Once Ray collects final payment it is extremely difficult to send someone out to fix a problem. My advise is communicate only by e-mail and then you have proof of the information he gave you. He is quick to blame the customer. I cannot give a recommendation for this company.
