Before I start this project I met with many other painters before I chose Aria Painting to paint the exterior of my house. My house had not been painted for about 10 years so I was looking for someone to do a high quality work. I went with Aria Painting because they did a careful inspection and gave us a detailed estimate. They showed up on time and did a thorough powerwash and prep work before even starting to paint. I'm very happy with the job and the quality of the workmanship as well. They were very communicative and trustworthy as well. Now the house looks brand new again! Highly recommend this team.

I can say without a doubt and based on my personal experience that Aria Painting is the best painting company in the Bay Area. You will understand once you try them. They are highly skilled, honest, polite and bring so much energy to the job site. They take pride in what they do and make difficult jobs look easy. To this day I'm surprised at the amount of work they can accomplish in such a short period of time and with short notice, all of this without sacrificing quality and excellent workmanship.

These guys are top professionals, communicative and very nice to work with. We recently bought a house in Manteca and needed the exterior of our house repainted with new colors. They showed up on time, gave us a fairly priced estimate and completed the job within the deadline and on budget. It was quick and easy to work with them and we definitely recommend them for all of your residential exterior painting projects.

These guys were top notch and I give them my full recommendation! First, they gave me a fair price and a detailed quote. Doors this price, ceiling that price, walls, trim, etc..... made it easy to decide what I wanted them to do and what I thought I could do myself ( in the end, I had them do everything..... the quality and efficiency was just far superior than what I could have accomplished. 2)Their quote said they were going to cover/ move furniture, prepare wall, trim, ceiling, complete base/ primer coat and two coats of paint, clean up like they were never there..... they did just what they said they would do! 3)They went over and beyond as well: A)They advised me on the correct paints to buy( matte, satin , etc) B)the best quality brands to buy( even let me use their discount code) and C)made color suggestions on the latest trends( I was renovating my place for rental). The project was done on my schedule which I appreciated and once they started they worked until it was completed ( No working a few days then coming back to finish weeks later). Finally, I had a small water stain on the roof which took several extra coats to cover up which they did at no extra charge. In summary, these guys were fair, flexible and honest.... they did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to it. If I ever have another painting project, I will definitely contact these guys again.... Thank you!

We hired Aria Painting to give our house in Palo Alto a fresh look before we put it on market for sale. The old paint was dark and difficult to cover but they did everything right for an excellent end result that looked as good as new. They did a great job painting walls, ceilings and trim and doors in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways. We were so thrilled with the results that asked them to paint the exterior of the house as well. They provided advice on type and sheen of paint to use and end results were excellent as well. Overall they were very helpful and professional and we would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

This year as my wife and I were getting ready to sell our house in Milpitas so we decided to do a complete repaint of the interior and exterior of our house to give it a fresh look. Aria Painting and specially Milad was very responsive and gave us a reasonable quote for the project and started / finished the job on time. We were pleasantly surprised with the results and would definitely hire them again for our painting projects in the future.
