1 I have been a loyal (when others weren't) and friend for about 15years.
He has installed two heat pumps and serviced my annual service contract....until NOW.
On 10-11-12 Craig Koch, President and owner of Arizona Paradise Air-Conditioning , INC. offered a five year contract for service with 7 aggreement points . including two service calls per year. I wrote a check for $95
I started calling about two months ago with no response. When I did reach Mr. Koch he said he would be out within the next week.
It is now August 9th and he has refused to return my many calls.
I am very disappointed to be scammed by someone I had heartily supported.
