Attempting to contact John Pimsner of AZ Glass Connection is next to impossible. For two weeks I have attempted to get resolution to damage done to my personal belongings during an install and when I finally spoke to him he was dismissive and rude, despite a work order clearly stating that his technician damaged my property. I would never choose to have his company provide services to me again with how unprofessional he is and the flagrant disregard he demonstrates for the satisfaction of his clients.
