I used Daniel ( the owner) For a spa remodel. Previously we had flagstone on the water feature pouring into the spot Daniel suggested removing it and using stackstone. I agreed that I thought it would look great. As soon as he laid the 1st row of stockstone I realised it was not thick enough and the water would pour onto the cool decking instead of into the pool . I told Daniel my concerns immediately and he stated that it would work and if there was any issues he would come back and fix it once the pool and spa We're filled with water again. We filled the pool and my conclusion was correct that it is pouring water onto my cool deck instead of in the pool. I have called Daniel for over 4 months and he will not come back and do the repairs. He has given me every excuse of why he is unable to come out and has gotten to the point where he will not even answer my calls. I am currently sueing Arizona overlay and have a complaint in with the ROC. I paid them $5000 to retire my spa and I currently flood my cool deck every day which is causing chipping and erosion. I highly recommend you do not use this company.
