Arizona Pure Custom has to be the worst home builder in AZ. Scott Holt, the owner, is a complete train wreck and literally messes up everything he touches. Super unorganized, no attention to detail and uses the worst trades. We, unfortunately, had Scott build a custom home for us and couldn't be more disappointed. The work took way longer & cost way more than quoted. Scott cuts every corner possible to save money on his end. We literally had to fire several of his trades due to poor quality of work. The ROC is now involved as Scott still has not completed several major items even though we've been living in the house for a year! You'll know this builder is lying when his lips are moving! Building a home is already stressful enough, make sure you do your homework when choosing a builder or you will be sorry like we are!
