  Earl, who is a professional estimator/superintendent, according to his business card, came to look at our roof. He was friendly and showed pictures of the minor damage we had from a recent storm. We gave him our email to send estimates to repair. We had not heard anything from them, so we phoned Earl on the 19th. He didn't understand why we didn't get it and asked us to text him our email again, so we did. We get an email on the same day from Melissa, with an estimate of $7,000 to replace roof. We didn't ask for new roof. The repairs are minor! We phoned Melissa and left a message as if they might be ripping us off. She phoned an told us that Earl would stop by later that day to look at damage again. Instead of stopping by, Earl phoned and continued to apologized several times. He said he got us mixed up with another customer, but our diagram/measurements were attached to the email. He said he would not be stopping by and send a new email with the right info. Well, never received another email or estimate or phone call. Is this professional? If this the quality of a superintendent? Today is the 30th and I would not recommend this company at all. In fact, two days ago, another roofing company came, took pictures, told us how much it would cost to repair, and fixed the roof while he was here for only $200! I would not recommend this company or Earl. Thank you.

  Repair Roof Leak and Roof Damage From Pigeons

  Had a water leak on Christmas Eve on a roof that is 5 years new, Pigeons are the culprit. I posted on Facebook Living Chandler, requesting referrals for a roofer, another customer recommended AZ Roof Busters. Melissa responded to the post, and also sent a text and called as soon as she was able to on Christmas Eve. They went above and beyond with communication, which I look for and appreciate. On Christmas Eve their team took their time in the rain, tarped and cleaned the pigeon debris from the area so it would not leak. It was very windy and rainy the following week or two after and their tarp work held up incredibly well. They ultimately repaired numerous areas the pigeons had damaged on the roof, pigeon "proofed" as much as they could because those birds don't care, provided an excellent warranty and service, to include returning to clean my roof yearly. Earl, Melissa and their team are great people, the type that I like to do business with and trust, their teams do great work and I was amazed with their clean up! I wish I would have found them 5 years ago when I had gotten my new roof! Save yourself time from researching all the options out there, I did that already and I am so grateful they completed the job!
