Showed up with a retractable screen that was the wrong color and size and was going to use a 2x4 to make it fit. Then showed up with a pergola the wrong color. The order was placed in mid-June with a sizable down payment at $4K. He had to 'reorder' everything (although I think he was trying to off some other mistake on me) and said another 3-4 weeks it will be in. I didn't see him again until early Sept when he partially installed the screen frame but didn't have the actual screen so couldn't finish (what mfgr ships a frame without the screen?). I haven't seen him again although I've called a dozen times to get him out here. When I call he says he'll be out tomorrow or the next day etc but never shows and never calls to cancel. So disrespectful. I may have to take him to court to get my funds back. Save your money.
