When Stephan left our home after installing new floors and base boards I discovered that the baseboard he had reinstalled had numerous issues. He failed to clean in many places, he missed caulking in others, several cracks and breaks in the door frames, and damage to my toilets and bathroom walls. We are good folks and did nothing to anger him but his attitude on the final day was so bad he was unapproachable. He lied to us about not having enough material to finish our fireplace trim, even after I showed him he did. I will fix everything he left us with and not bother to call him on it. I do not want this business back in my house. This business subcontracts with floor dealers in the area so beware....you dont want this Melvin on your job....
