Working with Arkansas Painting and Specialities Inc. was a “breath of fresh air”! The job was completed in a timely manner, well-done and reasonably priced. I had 6 VERY RUSTED/CORRODED metal lawn chairs and 1 coffee table that I gave up on refurbishing after spending approximately $100 on store-bought chemicals, watching numerous YouTube “how-to’s”, and spending eight back-breaking hours on ONE rusty chair to no avail before saying - “This is not for sissies (or anyone else) without professional sandblaster or powder-coating machinery. So I called the professionals.
The furniture we own was handed down through my mother-in-law so I didn’t want to trash it! I am SO HAPPY WE DIDN’T!
Four were powder-coated slate gray - a beautiful silvery gray. The other two chairs and table were powder-coated postal blue - a gorgeous color in spite of it’s name. It is my understanding that powder-coating will stand-up well in any type of weather for approximately for 8-9 years! That’s pretty amazing I think.
I really enjoyed working with Curtis - very friendly, helpful, great follow-up, dry wit - always seeks out others he works with for their recommendations for other specialty vendors in town if you are looking for someone to help you with antique gating, ironwork etc. I really enjoyed visiting this shop and learning from everyone there each and every time! Triple A rating in my book! I’m so glad my husband was familiar with and recommended this business. Sandy
