ARKbuilt was started by Nicholas Maxim in 1998 under the name of First Resort Services, primarily providing contracting and repair services to resorts, vacation home and villa rentals and condominium complexes. Steady growth and the development of increased business from commercial, utility/industrial and residential clients required us to rename our business, ARKbuilt in order to better represent the breadth of our business services and avoid potential confusion.
We are a licensed general contractor that specializes in renovation and damage repair of commercial and vacation properties, residential properties and all utility/industrial applications. ARKbuilt has the experience and expertise to manage and complete your construction needs from concept to completion.
From the beginning, ARKbuilt has firmly held to the idea that success comes from building to a higher standard.
