We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with Arkea Builders. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, and explained what would happen in case of contingencies - which we fully expected - given a 70 year old home.

Sure enough, after they did the demolition, it became clear we had some dry rot. They came up with a plan to deal with it. Later, not unexpectedly but on a Sunday, the water heater died. They arranged to have it replaced the next day. There were a number of other unexpected issues, so the project took longer than originally planned and was considerably more expensive - but all of these changes led to much needed improvements to our home.

There were a few cases where placement of (for instance) light fixtures and shower niches were difficult to do given the placement of supporting beams in the wall. In these cases our project leader worked closely with us to explain options. In the end we were able to get the bathroom arranged to our wishes.

Arkea Builders was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Their project manager Dan was responsive and efficient, and their crew bent over backwards to make sure that our renovation project was completed to a high standard and according to our exacting specifications. Their whole team was excellent. We welcomed their hard-working, professional crew in our house. We would gladly work with them again.

Dan is an amazing Project Manager. He devoted a great deal of time to acquainting me with Arkea Construction via a current construction project in my neighborhood, and a detailed description and estimate for my bathroom addition. He is very accessible and reasonable and quite willing to adapt to all the client's choices. He also has stupendous references from clients who have worked with him multiple times. In addition, Sharon is extremely efficient in running the office and very helpful in being on top of details, relaying messages, etc. I am quite favorably impressed with Arkea Construction.

What a great contractor! Very Professional, great craftsmanship and timely. Leron and Will are great to work with and they are very responsive. I would highly recommend them for any small and large projects.

We have used Arkea builders on several projects on our home. They built our studio and several years later did an extensive full house remodel on the main residence. They was knowledge and experience to the team. They were active problem solvers and worked well with the design team on all levels.

I hired Leron and his crew to remodel two bathrooms and do a minor remodel of my kitchen in my new house. We are very happy with the results! Liron was always on the ball, had clear communication on when I was needed and for what. Customer satisfaction really is very important to Them, and Leron went the extra mile for us many times to make sure any hiccups were resolved quickly and painlessly. They were always super fast in getting us competitive bids for additional scope of work. The quality of the finished work is very high. I feel like my bathrooms are in a 5-diamond hotel! (In a good way).

We decided to remodel our kitchen. It was extremely difficult to find a good contractor who was able to start immediately. We contacted Arkea and the work was completed in a week. They worked around our schedule. They came to our home and outlined the project. They met with us at our convenience as each decision was needed. The remodel consisted of cabinets, lighting, flooring, new counter-tops, and new hardware. We were very happy and pleased with the work. It was beautiful after it was done. The crew is impeccable. Very polite and professional. We will definitely recommending them to our friends and family.

Jay our project manager was excellent and led the project throughout, 1st asking questions on what we wanted to get done and then leading the activities to the conclusion of the project. He was always willing to listen & act on our wants. He was always willing to listen and act on our wants. He came to inspect work progress daily and informed us of the next days' activities, keeping us involved in the loop all along. All the work passed city inspections. We're pleased with the work and our finished master bathroom looks like we envisioned.
We will definitely use Arkea Builders in future projects and highly recommend them.
