Experience was like living your worst nightmare everyday. Owner is absent and apathetic and questionable. Subs are the lowest bidder, almost unskilled labor. Months beyond promise date, price gouging and ongoing, unresolved issues 8 months later. No intent from builder to remedy. Had to take over 5 subs who refused to work with the builder.
