I purchased a swimming pool from Swimming Pool Discounters, David Arkovich was the installer of the swimming pool. I purchased a protection package that included ground covering, side wall covering and an additional side Cove covering. Mr. Arkovich took it upon himself to not install the sidewall covering and to place it as additional Floor Covering which was not what I had requested, he simply stated that it was not the correct size and instead of contacting the pool company for the correct size he took it upon himself to cut it up and install it on the ground. In addition to this work the return on the swimming pool had to be replaced and after some swimming activity the skimmer started to leak. He refuses to correct the problems.Both Mr. Arkovichch, along with Swimming Pool Discounters on Babcock Boulevard have very poor customer service and will not be recommended to anyone.
