I would pass on Ark's Electric. They came out to fix a breaker that was tripping and replaced a wire. Then over the next couple of months it continued to trip. I called for someone to check it out. They came, replaced the breaker, and charged for a second service call. I paid $400 for a job that would have been under $200 anywhere else. When I called, they simply argued and then hung up. Do it right the first time, don't charge twice if you can't fix it right.
