  My experience was an absolute nightmare. This company has no clue how to do a roof as well as run a business. People beware of this company. Their salesman will assure you how wonderful a job they will do and it is a lie. Once they get your check they could care less about you and your roof. Don’t give them a deposit. You will regret that you did.

  The is the biggest issue with the company(s) is that the OWNER (Tony) told me that if he ever saw me and my family out at a restaurant that he would "flip our table over on us." He also told me he "was outside my house" to pick up the check. Causing my wife and my family despair while I was at work.

  This is due to a legal issue with our general contractor and payment. I called Armadillo and filled them in on the situation very transparent and amicable. Since, however, once the owner got my phone number, he has called me several times to try to coerce payment from me.

  I continue to explain to him that I am working on getting him paid, but that I need the legalese to pan out and the GC to send over final paperwork.

  In fact, Armadillo should not be confronting me for payment, but should be calling the GC (trying to double dip???). I'm of the opinion that the OWNER just likes to bully people.

  WE ARENT EVEN 60 days late on payment.

  That's just the worse part of the issue.

  1) Roofer showed up and asked me were roof started and ended
  2) Roofers showed up without the proper ladders on multiple occasions. Even scaling the wall without a ladder putting their crew at risk and my insurance.
  3) After Armadillo removed the roof and put down new underlayment we had 3 new leaks. Ruining our ceiling.
  4) After they said we were water tight AGAIN, my wife heard water drops. 2 people from Armadillo came over and assured my wife there was no leaks. I smelled something fishy, left work, and found 2 leaks in less than 10 minutes.
  5) Sent over a handy man without the proper equiptment again. Handyman falls and proceeds to try to go after our liability insurance.
  6) Had to redo work because proper documentation was not taken for the inspector.
  7) Ordered the wrong color tiles even though they had done work in the subdivision before. Ordered cream when the HOA requires white.
  8) Threatened me on more than 1 occasion. Told me he was "outside my house" to pick up check. Causing my wife distress.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  Also the OWNER of Bella Custom Builders (multi mill homes). Threatening me over less than 10k. If you need 10k to keep the lights on in construction, something is off. If you contacted my lawyer as was asked, that would have been more productive as well.

  Tried to take the high road, but tired of the intimidation attempts....

  The kicker to all of this, is that we are just a small family that had some bad luck with Irma. We try to do the right thing. We are trying to get the right people paid....and we still have to deal with #$%@ like this over a year out.

  In January we contacted. They installed the roof. The process did not go well. The first rain day the roof was leaking! The neighborhood complained to us that the terrible language was uncalled for. As the job continued we never knew if they if they would show up or not. When the rain storm came the water was pouring into the inside of the house. It destroyed the flooring in 2 rooms. After a lengthy time they they showed up. Finally, after having all the furniture in one room for weeks, they installed the flooring. They are supposed to come back next week to fix and paint the wall, fix and paint the garage ceiling. I would never do anything with that group again!
